How do I choose my size?
Please refer to our size guide, located on each product page, for detailed measurements and international size conversions.
- Compare the measurements in our guide with a similar item you already own.
- If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How should I care for my JONE pieces?
Each piece comes with care instructions. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we strongly recommend hand-washing the items in cold water to preserve fabric quality.
When will my order be dispatched?
- USA: shipped express from within the USA.
- UK and EU: shipped international with duties and customs fees included.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
JONE’s items are shipped with duties paid. if you are asked to pay any fees, please email studio@jone.store.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries supported by Shopify. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
