All sales are final. Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece prior to buying, contact us at shannon@jone.store — we're happy to help.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Shipping origin: All orders are dispatched from Italy.
